Storage Periods
walkuere-porzellan.com does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected. The data you provide to us for the purpose of contacting you will be retained until contact has taken place. Furthermore, data will be retained for as long as you are a customer or relation of ours. If the relationship ends, we retain the data for a maximum of 2 years, with the exception of invoices, which we keep for 7 years due to legal obligations.

This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but at the latest within four weeks. If we are unable to meet this deadline, we will inform you as soon as possible.
